Delivery Terms & Conditions

Complimentary delivery is provided for purchases exceeding €80.00 within the Republic of Ireland.

Orders placed by 2:00 PM on weekdays (Monday through Friday) will be processed and shipped from our facility the same business day.

We guarantee swift delivery throughout Ireland utilizing primarily An Post and DPD services.

Customers will receive notification should any unusual delays occur in processing or if products become temporarily unavailable.

Most packages, excluding smaller products like air fresheners, are dispatched with insurance coverage and tracking capabilities. Please note that An Post "Standard Post" deliveries are not insured, and compensation cannot be provided for lost packages using this delivery method. Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery for other shipping methods.

Delivery fees are not eligible for refund except when received products are defective, in which case complete reimbursement will be provided.
