Return Eligibility Requirements
For return approval, your product must remain in its original condition - unused and in complete original packaging.
Please contact us prior to returning any items, and we will provide guidance through the process to ensure everything proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged Items & Quality Issues
Please examine your order immediately upon delivery and reach out to us without delay if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
Please review our delivery information as uninsured shipments are not covered by Autoshine Ireland, and customers assume responsibility if packages are lost or contents arrive damaged.
Non-Returnable Products
Regrettably, gift cards cannot be returned.
Product Exchanges
For the most efficient service to obtain your desired product, we recommend returning your current item and, once the return is processed, placing a new order for the replacement item.
Refund Process
Return shipping costs and associated risks remain the customer's responsibility.
Upon receiving and examining your return, we will contact you regarding the refund approval status. Once approved, refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
Delivery fees are not eligible for refund except when received products are defective, in which case complete reimbursement will be provided.
